Returns For A Defective Item:
All defects must be reported within the first 30 days of receiving the product.
Due to recent changes as a result of COVID 19 we are not accepting returns for defective items at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely thank you for your understanding. Your happiness is important to us though! Which is why we’ll be glad to issue a store credit once the product has been deemed defective by our team.
Please note, Ella Paradis may administer troubleshooting efforts before deeming a product defective.

What if my defective item arrived more than 30 days ago?
After the first initial 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. You can access the manufacturers’ contact information by visiting their websites.
Refund for Lost, Damaged or Stolen Package

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Due to the personal nature of our products we’re unable to accept returns; nor will we administer an exchange for a product unless the item is defective. Any product that is opened (meaning the seals have been broken) and/or has come into contact with any body part or bodily fluid will not be accepted and will be deemed non-resalable. This is for the well-being and happiness of our customers and our staff.
Order Cancellation For A Refund:
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the package upon delivery or mark the package RETURN TO SENDER and bring it to your local drop off facility to send it back to our warehouse. After your returned package is received, confirmed by us that it is unused/unopened, and processed, we will issue a refund followed by an email notification to the address we have on file.
