Return and Refund Policy

Here at Ella Paradis, we want you to know how important you are to us!

We offer a 90-day return policy for any *NEW* / unopened products. All products must be returned sealed in their original boxes and be authorized by one of our Ella Paradis team members before it is sent back.

We do not accept unauthorized returns, no exceptions. 

***Please note that gift boxes are customized orders and are considered a final sale. No returns will be accepted. No exceptions.***

If you changed your mind about your order and it has already shipped - you may simply refuse the shipment once it arrives to you - so it goes "Return To Sender" back to our warehouse. If you prefer, we will issue you a *FREE* courtesy return label to ship the item back to us. In order to qualify for a free return label, please send us an email at: wecare@ellaparadis.com explaining issue accompanied with a picture of your item next to your original Packing Slip. We will then review your case and we can only grant return labels for items still in original packaging and the return must be shipped in a box to avoid dents to the package in transit. Please do not ship back in a bubble mailer.

Upon receipt of your authorized returned item, if the product package box is noticeably opened or unsealed - we can offer 50% store credit only since we cannot restock opened merchandise.

For defective or damaged products, please email us details regarding the issue, specify if you will like a full refund or a replacement shipment of the same product, and affix a picture of the serial # & barcode (depending on product, the barcode is found on bottom or either side of package box). 

We need these details in order to process your defective / damage case promptly.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return, exchange, or store credit.
