Return Policy


Returns For A Defective Item:

All defects must be reported within the first 30 days of receiving the product. We will gladly issue a replacement of the same item or store credit in the form of an Ella Paradis e-Gift Card.

Please send us the following:

  • Full details regarding the issue
  • Your name, email and order number

Please note, Ella Paradis may administer troubleshooting efforts before deeming a product defective.

A return shipping label for a defective item may or may not be administered by our staff on a case by case basis.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement order process to be completed.


What if my defective item arrived more than 30 days ago?

After the first initial 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. You can access the manufacturers’ contact information by visiting their websites.


Refund for Lost, Damaged or Stolen Package

Ella Paradis is proud to partner with ​Route​, the leader in package protection and  tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from  damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken  upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully  reimbursed. *​Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from  the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost  (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and  within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

*By deselecting shipping protection, Ella Paradis is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.


Returns:

Due to the personal nature of our products we’re unable to accept returns; nor will we administer an exchange for a product unless the item is defective. Any product that is opened (meaning the seals have been broken) and/or has come into contact with any body part or bodily fluid will not be accepted and will be deemed non-resalable. This is for the well-being and happiness of our customers and our staff.


Order Cancelation For A Refund:

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the package upon delivery or mark the package RETURN TO SENDER and bring it to your local drop off facility to send it back to our warehouse. After your returned package is received, confirmed by us that it is unused/unopened, and processed, we will issue a refund followed by an email notification to the address we have on file.
