Wearing A Collar 101
If you are new to collar wearing there are a couple of do's and don'ts that you should keep in mind to make your experience both comfortable, and nothing but pleasure-filled.
DO - Make sure the fit of the collar is secure, but not too tight. If you can feel it pressing into your skin and leaving marks when in a state of rest that is a good indication that the collar is too tight.
DO - Check the condition of the collar before and after every use to make sure that there is no damage to the collar that could potentially be harmful during the next wear.
DO - Keep open communication when in playtime, especially with a collar and for someone who is new to the experience.
DO - Use the included leash for gentle play in whatever way the imagination and scene take all parties involved.
DON'T - Continue to wear the collar if irritation occurs while wearing or the skin started to feel raw, uncomfortable, or itchy.
DON'T - Use the included leash for walking a literal pet.
DON'T - Use the included leash to cause harm to the wearer. This boils down to don't yank too hard, and tugging until they cannot breathe unless it has been previously discussed.
