Should your payment details be flagged for any reason our Customer Success team may ask for additional info to complete your order. This process may delay your order’s fulfillment.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved it will be sent directly to our fulfillment centers for processing. (NOTE: Orders may no longer be canceled after receipt by our fulfillment centers – typically within 1 hour of placing your order.)
After receiving your order details, our fulfillment centers will work quickly to pick and package your items. Some items are subject to availability. (NOTE: To provide the fastest delivery times, items may be shipped in multiple packages and from different fulfillment centers.)
Our packages ship discretely using the quickest carrier and method matching the shipping service selected during order placement. We are typically able to ship most packages within 24 hours of placing your order. (NOTE: Packages may arrive via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another carrier.)
Once your package(s) have been shipped, an email containing a link to your Tracking details will be sent. This link will provide the most up-to-date status information on your all of your packages.
