What shipping options do you offer?

We are currently offering four shipping options:

  1. Rush Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
  2. Ground Shipping (4-7 Business Days)
  3. Free Shipping (7-10 Business Days)
  4. International: Canada (USPS International)

Please note: Items may ship in multiple shipments: Please note that in order to deliver you the best-priced items in a timely fashion, some orders with multiple items will ship separately.

 How much is it?

Free Shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $35.

Rush Shipping $9.95  

Ground Shipping $7.95

International: $14.99 (3-10 Business Days)

All delivery options are for continental US locations - we now include Hawaii and Alaska. Transit shipping times to Canada depend on final destination delivery address.

Shipping costs above may vary in some cases. Extra charges may be applied to bulky, over-sized, or heavy items; the charges are reflected on the product page and in the shopping cart.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Check the status of your order within your account and track it as it leaves our warehouse facilities and makes its way to your door. Please note, if you ordered more than one (1) item, they may ship from a different warehouse location, so it is common you will have multiple tracking#s provided to you for your order. You may use each tracking# to follow your order. Please note, some items may arrive sooner or later than others.

What kind of packaging does my order come in? Is it discreet?

Ella Paradis respects your privacy. Therefore, all our products are shipped using the utmost discretion. Your package will arrive in a non-descript envelope or box with a neutral address on the mailing label.

Why can’t I select Rush Shipping for my order?

Rush shipping is usually shipped using FedEx 2day service and is provided mainly for orders to be delivered to a physical address. Unfortunately FedEx 2day service does not deliver to P.O. box addresses. USPS Priority Servie is used for Rush orders and ships using 2-3 business days. 

When will my order be shipped?

It is our goal to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, most orders received by 12:00 pm EST are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will almost always be shipped on the next following business day. Please allow at least 24 hours for orders to process.

Will delivery be made on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday)?

No, Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday) .

Do I need to sign for my order?

No, not normally. We might ask for a signature if you are reshipped an item or order.

UPS sometimes requires signatures for items over $100 and when you are reshipped an item or order.

What are your turnaround times?

All Rush orders placed before 12 pm EST will most likely be processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed after 12pm EST will most likely be shipped the following business day. It is important to us that you receive your order in the most timely and efficient manner; therefore, it is our policy that all orders will be sent out as soon as possible.

Rush orders, in most cases, are processed within 1 business day and delivered two business days after your order. In rare cases, transit delays may occur. In such cases, we will make a claim on your behalf to request refund for the delayed delivery and refund you if the claim is  approved by the courier service. However, we cannot be responsible for service commitments by the courier service. Please note that if the package is sent out with ‘No Signature Required,’ the courier driver reserves the right, by the courier company’s policy, to leave the package in a place he/she deems safe without signature.  In certain cases, the delivery driver may deem an area unsafe to leave a package unattended and may opt to re-deliver the following business day.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are left unattended as a result of opting out of a required signature or for delayed delivery as a result of the delivery driver’s decision to re-deliver. Transit times are estimated by each courier service and are not guaranteed. Weekends and US federal holidays are not considered business days. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday. All shipments will be assigned a tracking number that is automatically updated in your order account once it becomes available. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer international shipping to Canada. Select products are not available for shipment to Canada. Consumable products containing specific ingredients (including but not limited to pheremones, lidocaine and/or alcohol) are NOT available for shipment to Canada. Return labels are not available for international orders. We require customers to purchase shipping for returns for reimbursement.
